 Why do people like iPhones the best?

        Can you believe that more than 1/7 of the world population, that’s like more than 1 Billion people, own iPhones? (statistica.com) Why is everybody so hyped about Apple products, what’s so special about them? Have you ever seen YouTubers make videos about new software updates that Apple recently released? I bet you have. But, I am also sure that you have never seen software update videos of companies such as Samsung or LG or Motorola. Why do people only give Apple so much importance?

Why Apple over other brands?

According to CNBC, “People don’t buy iPhones by the tens of millions just because they like the hardware, though that’s a huge part of it, but because they’re tied into an ever-growing, sprawling ecosystem of software and services that allow you to do more with the products if you continue to invest in that ecosystem.” This means that people like the way Apple devices interact with each other. It makes sense because whenever I text my friends from my XR, the conversation immediately shows up on my iPad as well. That’s one reason... there are many more!

Interesting Fact.. Apple was the first one to introduce Face ID to the world

In 2017, Apple, being the first one, released its new Face ID technology to the world in the iPhone X, and future models that followed. After Apple, other companies such as Samsung also released the new technology in its Galaxy S20. We can see here that Apple tried to invent new technology that had never been introduced to the world so that its products are in high demand.

Siri or Google Assistant… which is easier to communicate?

Mostly, Apple products are people’s first choice, but research finds that Google Assistant is better and more preferred than Siri in some categories.

Here are the TOP TWO comparisons:

• Platform Compatibility: Siri is only available for iOS and MacOS devices whereas Google Assistant is available for Android as well as Apple devices through the app.

• Ability to Communicate: Siri is more smooth and streamlined in taking calls, reading messages, and interaction with third-party apps, while Google is a bit rough in that category.

In the end, Apple is still a bit ahead compared to other companies in terms of technology. It is every person’s dream to own a newly-released iPhone, but when other companies release products, we don’t see much hype. Other things such as, quality of material, we still ought to discuss.
